Employer of the Year Awards
The Employer of the Year Award recognizes associate companies which actively support their employees as IRWA members. Each company demonstrates strong employee support and commitment at chapter, regional and international levels of the Association in terms of participation, financing, time allowance, facilities, service, etc.
The award is presented in two categories of associate membership:
- Employer of the Year Award for Companies with 20 or More Employees
- Employer of the Year Award for Companies with Less Than 20 Employees

Employer of the Year Qualifications and Selection Process:
a) Nominees for this award must be an active supporter of its employees as members of the IRWA and will have demonstrated strong employee support and commitment at the chapter, region and international levels of the Association in terms of participation, financing, time allowance, facilities, service, etc.
b) The deadline for submitting nominations shall be on or before the first business day in February, verified by the postage date. Nominations received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Employer of the Year Award Nomination (20 or Less Employees)
- Employer of the Year Award Nomination (More than 20 Employees)
c) The INEC shall select the winner of this award at its annual Spring meeting. The INEC shall report its findings and make its recommendations to the International Executive Committee within 30 days after the deadline date (prior to the IEC's April meeting).
d) The awards are presented at the Annual Conference Awards Luncheon. A plaque is awarded to the winner in each category. |
