State Approvals - In-Person and Virtual Classes Only

This is a list of approvals through IRWA’s national office for in-person and virtual courses only. Chapters may also submit for state approval of certain CE seminars they are sponsoring, and those approvals are not listed below. If your state does not have courses or hours listed below, please contact Cynthia Herrera at herrera@irwaonline.org or the sponsoring chapter for further information.

Please note that continuing education for appraisers and real estate agents is regulated by the state licensing programs for these professions. Where state licensing law permits, IRWA requests continuing education (CE) credit for IRWA classroom courses. IRWA educational programs may not be approved in every state and online courses are not approved for state licensing credit.
