Course Description: 102 Elevating Your Ethical Awareness INSTRUCTOR: Colleen Brown is the Director of Property Services for NBDTI (Transportation & Infrastructure) for the Province of New Brunswick in Canada. She holds the AACI, P. App designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She has over 30 years of experience in the real estate field with responsibility for managing the acquisition of all lands for highway and infrastructure projects, disposal of government surplus lands which includes valuation/appraisal and survey as well as rural development, corridor permitting, arbitration and court services. Colleen has recently became a CLIMB Certified Instructor and currently serves as Chair of the International Ethics Committee. In this role she has co-authored the newly written IRWA Course 102 – Elevating Your Ethical Awareness. She has served in many IRWA leadership roles throughout her career including Chapter, IGC, CRWEF and has been recognized as Regional Professional of the Year for Region 8.
