Course Description:  200 Principles of Real Estate Negotiation

INSTRUCTOR:
Trevor J. Martens, BA, SR/WA is on the Leadership Team at Evolve Surface Strategies Inc. a multi-disciplined land acquisition company in Airdrie, Alberta. Canada. He joined Evolve in March, 2000, and the previous 9 years spent at another land acquisition company. He has experience in numerous industries including, Midstream Oil and Gas, Power Transmission, Telecom, Upstream Oil and Gas, and Renewables. Trevor has experience in all aspects of negotiation from field level, project facilitation/project management and leadership experience with teams over 15 individuals. He is currently the Chapter 48 Secretary and has participated in the IRWA Mentorship Program. Trevor has been approved to teach Course 200 since May 2013.
