IRWA is now approved as a Qualifying Education (QE) Provider for TREC-ERW. Please follow the guidelines below so you may be credited with the correct education credits.
For Agents who hold the ERW license:After taking and passing the exam for either Course 100 or Course 803, please ask you course coordinator for the TREC-ERW roster. Complete and sign the roster, and then ask the course coordinator to forward it to Maggie Schedler at
Maggie.Schedler@atkinsglobal.com. She will post this information to the TREC education posting website.

Course Description: 100 Principles of Land Acquisition
INSTRUCTOR:
Lacie Jones, SR/WA, RW/-URAC, RW/NAC, RW/RAC, CFM holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has been in the right-of-way industry for over 12 years. Since joining IRWA in 2013, she has served her chapter in the following capacities: YP Chair, Social Media Chair, Chapter’s executive board and the Education Chair. She currently serves as the Region 2 Secretary/Treasurer and the Region 2 Representative for the International Relocation Assistance Committee. Lacie has been awarded as Chapter 33’s Young Professional of the Year in 2014/2015 as well as Professional of the Year for 2016/2017 and again in 2022/2023. She is a certified CLIMB instructor for the IRWA.
