(OPC), a full-service right of way consulting firm, and has been managing and providing land acquisition and relocation services for public agencies since 1999. She has relocated, and managed the relocation of thousands, of residential and non-residential displacees. Ms. Folk has developed and taught numerous internal relocation courses for OPC staff as well as relocation classes for local public agencies in California.
