Course Description: 403 Easement Valuation

INSTRUCTOR:
Gregory H. Lee, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, SR/WA, absolutely loves talking about and helping others learn about valuation issues (400 series classes) and professional issues (100 & 200 series classes). Greg is a review appraiser with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and has been involved in right of way activities since 1998. As an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, Greg specializes in eminent domain valuations and reviewing them for Yellow Book, USPAP, and state regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, Greg has served in leadership roles, provided training, and acted as a mentor to other appraisers and employees. He chairs the IRWA Chapter 31 Transportation Committee and is in executive leadership for the North Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Greg is also a member of the IRWA’s International Valuation Community of Practice. He has more than 700 instruction hours, teaching appraisal pre-licensing and continuing education. Greg is a CLIMB Certified Instructor and holds the SR/WA designation from the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). In addition, he is also a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in North and South Carolina, and holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.).
