Course Description: 502 Non-Residential Relocation Assistance

INSTRUCTOR:
Geri Hall
retired as the Assistant State Right of Way Manager/Operations Manager for the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). Geri's Right of Way career began at ODOT in 2001. Other positions she has held at ODOT include Document Specialist; Right of Way Agent; Senior Right of Way Agent; Quality Assurance Reviewer; Relocation Reviewer; Operations Management and Policy Advisor; Right of Way Information Tracking System (RITS) Business Transition Manager; and RITS Systems Manager. Prior to joining ODOT, she owned and managed a retail candy and gift business; was a salesperson, associate broker and assistant manager of a real estate brokerage firm; and a public relations, media relations and fund-raising profession al for non-profit organizations. She holds a BA degree in mass communications with a specialty in public relations from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minn. She also holds the professional designations of SR/WA, and RW-RAC from the International Right of Way Association, and is a CLIMB-certified Instructor for IRWA.
