Date:  February 18, 2025

Start Time:
10 - 11 am Pacific

No tuition fee, but registration is required.

Description:

How can you be certain you have acquired sufficient property rights to construct, operate, and maintain your federally funded project? When it comes to constructing your project are you coloring outside of the right of way lines? Is your agency falling victim to the most common areas of confusion when it comes to understanding if your project has right of way needs? The first step in the process is critical and can keep you from coloring outside of the lines. This session will focus on defining sufficient property rights, explaining the basis for acquiring sufficient property rights, demonstrating the process of reviewing the Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) to verify your right of way needs, and explain the consequences of not acquiring the proper rights to construct your project. Save yourself a future headache and attend this webinar!
