Course Description: C100- 2-DAY- Principles of Land Acquisition 

 

 

INSTRUCTOR: 

Jose G. Oliveira is an attorney with the law firm of Jose G. Oliveira, P.A. Jose limits his practice to real estate law and civil litigation. He is a member of Attorney’s Title Fund Services, L.L.C. and is also a Senior Right of Way Agent with the International Right of Way Association. Jose received an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Puerto Rico, a Business Administration Degree from Florida Southern College, and a Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. Jose worked as an Acquisition Agent acquiring real property for highway and utility projects with the Orange County Real Estate Management Division from 1993 to 2009. He was a County Mediator from 2006 to 2008, and received the IRWA Chapter 26 Professional of the Year award in 2003 and 2007.
