Course Description:  303 Managing the Consultant Process

INSTRUCTOR:
George Fernandez, SR/WA, R/W-EC retired from California Department of Transportation in January 2013 as a Project Coordinator.  Worked in Right of Way from 1990 assigned in Right of Way Oversight Projects in San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley, California.  Presently a Course Faciltator for Silicon Valley Adult School teaching Property Management, Computers, and English.  Holds active real estate license, practices as a consultant, and is a notary public official.
