Course Description: 201 Communications in Real Estate Acquisition INSTRUCTOR: Kathy Rudolph, SR/WA, is a real estate specialist with TerraVenture Advisors. She has over 25 years of experience providing right of way services for public infrastructure projects in Wisconsin. She is competent in acquisition/negotiation, residential and commercial relocation assistance, property management, project scoping, and project management. She also has experience as an expert witness for relocation. Kathy has served in leadership roles throughout her career, including training and mentoring other agents.
