Faith A Roland, SR/WA is a celebrated thought leader within IRWA. She served as International President during IRWA's 75th Anniversary from 2008-2009. Faith continues to mentor and lead, as a much sought after certified instructor, and through her role establishing the Leadership Institute. She is a champion for IRWA while working with partner organizations, Appraisal Institute, FIABCI, CREW, RICS and Women Transportation Institute, while lecturing both locally and abroad.
