Course Description: 804 Skills of Expert Testimony
INSTRUCTOR:
Joe Neighbors, SRWA has been a member of IRWA since 1969 and a Senior member since 1980. He has served in leadership positions at the chapter, region and international level, including Chapter President, Region VI Chair and Chair of the International Ethics Committee. He has also served many years as a Trustee for the Right of Way International Education Foundation, including the office of Treasurer and currently serves as its General Counsel. Joe became an IRWA Instructor in 1992 and presently is a CLIMB certified instructor. Joe has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1974 and is currently a State Licensed Mediator/Arbitrator in Georgia. Joe retired from Georgia Power Company after over 28 years of service and is currently Vice President with Universal Field Services. Joe also retired from the U.S. Army Reserve with the rank of Colonel in 1993.
