INSTRUCTOR:
Jon Vaughan, MAI, SR/WA, is a Director at CBRE, Inc. in Fort Collins, Colorado. With fifteen years of appraisal experience, Jon has valued a wide variety of properties, ranging from agricultural and development land to improved properties including apartments, offices, retail, and industrial facilities, as well as special purpose facilities, such as automobile dealerships, schools, churches, and breweries. In addition to being a CLIMB-certified instructor for the IRWA, he also teaches real estate appraisal at Colorado State University. Jon's teaching style weaves humor, war stories, and course materials together to create an engaging and fun learning atmosphere.
