INSTRUCTOR:
Tom Denison, SR/WA, has a bachelor’s degree in Geography and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development, and has over 25 years in real estate and right-of way work. Mr. Denison began his career as a land acquisition and entitlement specialist in the wireless communication industry and developed sites across the western United States and mid-west, including developing part of the wireless network for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has also acquired right-of-way for numerous major utility projects including in Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Colorado.
In his past life, Tom was an Olympic caliber cyclist competing both nationally and internationally. He resides in Salt Lake City, Utah.
