INSTRUCTOR:
Noelle Wysocki, SR/WA, attended the University of Colorado Mesa University, where she earned a degree in Energy and Land Management. She was recognized as the IRWA’s 2021 Young Professional of the Year. Noelle is employed as a Project Manager with HDR in the Denver office. HDR is a global employee-owned company providing comprehensive land and right-of-way services, including acquisition, permitting, and relocation support for pipeline, power, energy, renewable, transportation, tribal and Native allotment lands, telecommunications, and government sector projects. Noelle has worked in the right-of-way and landman industry since 2012, serving both the private and public sectors. Her experience includes negotiating a variety of property rights and providing land acquisition advisory services on numerous infrastructure and utility projects. She has been a member of the IRWA for 10 years and holds the SR/WA designation. Noelle is a member of Chapter 6 in Denver, Colorado, where she serves on the Education Committee. She also serves as the International Nominations and Elections Committee representative for Region 9 and is also a Member-at-Large on the Asset Management Committee. Noelle’s previous service within the IRWA includes leadership roles in Chapter 6, where she served as Treasurer, Vice President, and President. She also served for three years as the Young Professionals Trustee for the Right of Way International Education Foundation (RWIEF) and participated in the Young Professionals International Committee leadership, serving as both Vice Chair and Chair. Additionally, Noelle is a PEAK certified instructor and assisted the IRWA in rewriting Course 203: Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2025.
