Course Description: 501 Residential Relocation Assistance
INSTRUCTOR: Florence Green, SR/WA, RW-RAC is a National Relocation Lead for HDR. She began her career in Right of Way with the Florida Department of Transportation where she worked in the capacity of Relocation Administrator. Ms. Green has 28 years of experience managing and administering transit and highway right of way programs under the Uniform Act. She has served in various roles during her career including Right of Way Program Manager, Relocation Project Manager and as the former Deputy Director of Right of Way for State of North Carolina. She has been recognized by FDOT for Sustained Superior Performance and received the 2014 AASHTO Leadership Award for training. Ms. Green has been an active IRWA member since 1989, has served as Chapter Education Chair, Professional Development Chair, Chapter President, Secretary for IRWA’s Relocation Assistance Committee and is a IRWA CLIMB certified Instructor.
