INSTRUCTOR:
Fred W. Clark, Sr., SR/WA is Vice President/Operations Manager for Clark Land Resources, Inc. He has over 35 years of experience working in the public service and private utility sector. He has acquired hundreds of part takes and several fee takings. He has overseen a variety of right of way project and is an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). He holds the designation of SR/WA and has Certificates in Grade II Water Treatment and Grade II Water Distribution. With a strong background in engineering, land survey, and right of way, Mr. Clark brings a wealth of technical and practical experience to the table. He has held the positions of Right of Way Agent, Senior Right of Way Agent, Director of Right of Way, and Lands Manager directing staff in acquisition and land management.
