Course Description: 800 Principles of Real Estate Law
INSTRUCTOR: Matthew R. Hansen, J.D., is a partner and serves as Miller Nash Graham & Dunn’s team leader to its Condemnation & Real Estate Valuation team. In connection with his active law practice, Matt regularly counsels and represents both municipal agencies and private property owners in all aspects of eminent domain and general real estate litigation. Matt is an active trial attorney, having represented clients in a vast assortment of real estate litigation, including more than a dozen multi-week condemnation jury trials. Matt is a frequent speaker on legal issues involving eminent domain law and has served as author and editor for a number of state and national legal treatises. Matt has been selected a “Super Lawyer” in Eminent Domain Law by Super Lawyers Magazine for the last three years. Matt is a former President of Puget Sound Chapter 4 of the International Right of Way Association and currently serves the organization as International Vice-Chair to its Ethics Committee.
