Course Description: SR/WA Review Study Session & Exam (Canadian)
INSTRUCTOR:
Brian Taylor, B.A. , SR/WA, AACI, is the Regional Head of Facilities for Natural Resources Canada across the prairies and the territories. His portfolio of properties includes a wide variety of office, laboratory and research sites in some remote extremes of Canada. He has a wealth of experience working on behalf of the Government of Canada including Commercial Lease Negotiation, Acquisition & Disposal of real property, Valuation & Appraisal, Portfolio & Asset Strategies, and Investment Analysis. In addition to his day to day professional experience, Brian has been teaching Real Estate and Right of Way education, along with Leadership and Communications training for the past 20 years. He is the Region chair for Western and Northern Canada for the International Right of Way Association, and, on behalf of Scouts Canada he heads a team of Real Property Subject Matter Experts providing advice and guidance for real estate issues.
