INSTRUCTOR:
Conner McDonald, SR/WA, is a Right-of-Way Consultant working on projects throughout California and Nevada. Conner’s practice in the real estate and right-of-way industry has spanned 15 years, providing services to Public Agencies, Utilities, Non-Profits, and Educational Institutions. With specialties in land rights, negotiation, acquisition, condemnation, and land management, Conner has provided advising and consultancy to clients on a diverse array of projects, from transportation to flood control, including The California High-Speed Rail Project, The Feather River West Levee Rehabilitation Project, PG&E’s Community Pipeline Safety Initiative, and various land management, road widening, utility, and pipeline projects throughout Sacramento, Yolo, El Dorado, Placer, Nevada, Sonoma, Sutter, Yuba, and Butte Counties. Conner has served with the IRWA since 2012, and is currently Secretary of Region 1 and Vice-Chair of the International Public Agency Committee. He also serves as a Region 1 Young Professionals Liaison.
