Course Description:  700 Introduction to Property/Asset Management

INSTRUCTOR:
David W Whitlock, SR/WA has been Senior Right of Way Agent for over 20 years, and was a Petroleum Landman for 10 years. He's responsible for acquisition, disposal, permitting and environmental documentation of Real Estate, land, air and water rights on Federal, Tribal, State and Fee owned lands for Mission Valley Power. Mission Valley Power is a Federally owned (BIA) electric utility operated and managed per contract, by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes of the Flathead Indian Reservation in northwest Montana.
