Course Description:  802 Legal Aspects of Easements

INSTRUCTOR:
Richard D. Schreiber practices real estate law in Missouri and Illinois. He has over twenty years experience in all parts of the discipline: title work and litigation; contract negotiations for both buyer and seller; leases, utility and pipeline right of way and land acquisition. He has wide ranging jury trial experience in eminent domain matters, and is a successful appellate advocate. Schreiber has taught business law at local colleges, and lectured to professional groups, and has been a qualified legal instructor for the IRWA since 1988. He is a member and past president of Gateway Chapter 37.
