INSTRUCTOR:
Michael Rabb, Michael is Vice President and Manager of Tierra Right of Way Service’s Montana Operations. He is past president of IRWA Chapter 45, a CLIMB certified instructor, and is a member of the State Bars of Arizona, California, and Montana and Federal Bars of Montana and Arizona. He has almost two decades of practical real estate experience as a right of way agent, real estate agent, and real estate broker. For over a decade, Michael’s legal practice has encompassed both real estate transactions and litigation. He represents clients on a variety of real estate matters, including title insurance litigation, financing, eminent domain, real estate transactions, landlord-tenant disputes, escrow negligence, construction financing, and lien priority disputes. Michael resides in Bozeman, Montana with his wife and two young children.
