INSTRUCTOR: John Zukowski, MAI, SRA, IAO, MRICS, is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New York and Pennsylvania. John is Vice President at ENPM, Inc. and specializes in litigation and utility appraisals. John is a well-known real property appraiser educator throughout New York State. He has instructed for the Appraisal Institute, New York State Assessors’ Association, the International Institute of Assessing Officers, and other organizations and proprietary schools.
