Our Monday Night Silent & Live Auction is being transformed into a Live Auction/Casino Night.

More food, more games, more people, and more fun! After our live auction, join other folks for a night of blackjack, craps, roulette, Texas hold ‘em and other fun games! Your full conference registration comes with some play money, so everyone has a chance to win. You can make donations to the foundations for additional play money. At the end of the evening, exchange your play money for raffle tickets that can be entered in drawings to win vacation packages and other cool prizes!

All proceeds benefit the Right of Way International Education Foundation and the Canadian Right of Way Educational Foundation.

Live Auction: How it Works

The auction is slightly different than previous years. There is no longer a “silent auction” component. We have a limited number of valuable items available for bidding on in a live auction. The Live Auction begins promptly at 6:00 pm, and will conclude no later than 7:00 pm (possibly sooner). Registration for a bidder number begins at 5:00 pm, so make sure to get there early and get your number!

Check back to this page on June 1st for a list of items that will be available for the live auction and the various prizes and vacation packages for the Casino Night winnings as well!

Casino Night: How it Works

Immediately following the live auction, we will have a casino night.

With your full conference registration, you will get $2500 “IRWA Bucks”. When you are ready to play, you can exchange the “IRWA Bucks” for chips at the tables.

These chips are for you to play any of the games offered. Blackjack, Texas Hold ‘Em, Craps, Roulette, and more!

Minimum Bet:  $500

Maximum Bet:  $1000

 There will be a donation stand where you can make a donation to the foundations to obtain more “IRWA Bucks” to play with. There will also be individuals “floating” around with “IRWA Bucks” so that you don’t ever have to leave the tables!

For a $20 donation to the Foundations, you will receive $10,000 more “IRWA Bucks”.

At approximately 9:45 pm, you can cash in your chips with the dealers. For every $10,000 in chips or “IRWA Bucks”, you will receive one raffle ticket.

These raffle tickets can be entered into various “pots” where you will have a chance to win one of various vacation packages! Destinations and full details will be announced in this website as we get closer to the conference.

To help offset the costs for this event and increase the amount of funds that go to the Educational Foundations, sponsorship opportunities will be available.
