Matthew Carroll, SR/WA-TN

Matthew Carroll is a Right of Way Project Manager for THC, Inc. He has worked in the Right-of-Way field for seven years for THC in Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Matthew has worked for various agencies to acquire right of way and provide relocation services, including; GDOT, SCDOT, TNDOT, FAA, and many local public agencies. Mr. Carroll attended the University of Georgia, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Terry College of Business. Mr. Carroll has been a member of his local IRWA Chapter 32 since 2015 and received his SR/WA-TN designation in 2021. He has served his Chapter in many roles, most recently as the Chapter’s President, and has now assumed the duties as the YP Committee Chair for Chapter 32 and Region 6.
