INSTRUCTOR:
Beth R. Minear, Esq. Global Project Solutions Consultants, LLC gpsconsultants.net Beth Minear is the owner of Global Project Solutions Consultants, LLC (“GPS Consultants”) which provides representation and guidance to clients in the pipeline, utility, and critical infrastructure industries in multiple sates. Among her roles with GPS Consultants is assisting clients in pre-planning, land rights acquisition, project route feasibility, and public outreach and messaging, and as to matters related to real property regulatory compliance, encroachment remediation and PHMSA compliance, FERC Order 1000, asset management, and critical infrastructure protection. Beth has more than two decades of experience across multiple industries, 14 years of which spent as Senior Counsel in the Commercial/Real Property Department for Columbia Gas Transmission, now TransCanada. Beth is a member of the North Carolina Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar and the West Virginia Bar, serving on the ADR Committee for the WV State Bar. She has also been elected to the Board of Trustees as Trustee, At Large, for the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation, where she remains active on the Membership Committee. Beth founded the Legal Roundtable for Southern Gas Association in 2010, where she has served on the Roundtable Committee and is its outgoing Chair. Finally, Beth is a member of IRWA Chapter 21, serving as its Course Coordinator, and Chapter 31, supporting education and advancement efforts therefor.
