INSTRUCTOR:
John Rolling, SR/WA, is an independent fee appraiser and appraisal educator based in Madison, Wisconsin. He has specialized in appraising for public works and utility infrastructure projects since 1990. He frequently testifies in as expert appraisal witness in eminent domain cases. In addition to his SR/WA designation with IRWA, John holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation with the American Society of Appraisers. John is a CLIMB-Certified Instructor for IRWA and has taught appraisal courses for IRWA since 2001. He was honored as IRWA’s W. Howard Armstrong Instructor of the Year for 2012. He has been an AQB-Certified USPAP Instructor since 2004.
