INSTRUCTOR:
Fred Easton, Jr., PLS, SR/WA
begun his career at a young age running a survey rod for his Father’s mapping company. He has over 23 years of experience in surveying, mapping, GIS, ROW, and construction. Fred’s experience include a wide range of industries including utilities, transportation, public bases and campuses, and commercial development. This has included more than 600 miles of right-of-way projects that required writing land descriptions for land acquisition. He also manages right-of-way acquisition and land management projects, bridging the gap between engineering and negotiation.
