Course Description: 205 Bargaining Negotiations INSTRUCTOR: Faith A Roland, SR/WA is a celebrated leader within IRWA. She served as International President during IRWA's 75th Anniversary from 2008-2009. Faith continues to mentor and lead, as a much sought after certified instructor, and through her role establishing the Leadership Institute.
