INSTRUCTOR:

Blandon Granger:

"I have been in the Real Estate industry for nearly 20 years and I got my start in the Silicon valley working technology solutions for the industry.
Currently as The Supervisor of Real Estate Services at Sacramento Municipal Utility District, I am responsible for the real estate activities of the nation's sixth-largest publicly owned electric utility. With an annual budget of $1.6 Billion, SMUD is a leader in renewable technologies and developing energy projects.
A few years back I also stepped forward to serve my city as a Commissioner, City of Roseville Public Utilities Commission, where I am responsible to the city council for recommendations on policies concerning the evaluation, operations and compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations as related to the city's power, water, sewer, waste management and cable utilities within the city limits.
I also commit a lot of my time supporting many, non-profit organizations in my community.
I am honored to be on the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Sacramento and Northern California. We give kids and adults with developmental disabilities the tools and support to live a life without limits. Every day, UCP makes a difference in the lives of the people we work with. It's pretty rewarding work."
