INSTRUCTOR:
Jon Vaughan, MAI, SR/WA, is a partner in Foster Valuation Company, a Greeley, Colorado appraisal firm that specializes in eminent domain valuations. With more than ten years of appraisal experience, Jon has valued a wide variety of properties, ranging from agricultural and development land to improved properties including apartments, offices, retail, and industrial buildings, as well as special purpose facilities, such as automobile dealerships, schools, churches, and breweries. In addition to being a CLIMB-certified instructor for the IRWA, he also teaches real estate appraisal at Colorado State University. Jon's teaching style weaves humor, war stories, and course materials together to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
