I am an experienced Appraiser with 20+ years in the real estate field. To-date, I have completed valuations for various property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, vacant land and special-use properties. My specialties include relocation assistance, acquisitions, property management, feasibility studies, business analysis, zoning and permitting, due diligence, and complex appraisal assignments. This work is complemented by appraisal assignments for various levels of government for expropriation matters - full fee, partial acquisition, limited interest agreements, easements and right of ways.
