Course Description: 501 Residential Relocation Assistance
INSTRUCTOR: Lee Hamre, SR/WA, R/W-RAC, R/W-RAC has worked in right of way since 1992 and has served as President and CEO at H.C. Peck and Associates, Inc. since 2003. During this time, she has provided comprehensive acquisition, relocation assistance and real estate project management services under the Uniform Act for transportation, affordable housing/community development and GSA projects throughout the U.S. Since 2004, Lee has acted as Real Estate Project Management Oversight Specialist for FTA funded projects nationwide providing technical assistance and ongoing review of projects’ regulatory compliance. Lee is a CLIMB certified instructor for all International Right of Way Association’s (IRWA) relocation courses and was the recipient of IRWA’s Frank C. Balfour Professional of the Year Award in 2006. She also served as IRWA’s International President from 2014-2015.
