INSTRUCTOR:

John P. Campbell, P.E., SR/WAis recently retired after 27 years of service with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) where he served for the past 17 years as the Director of the Right of Way Division. He oversaw the department’s right of way programs for acquisition of required property and property interests, relocation advisory assistance and distribution of relocation benefits, the regulatory control of outdoor advertising along state routes and the accommodation of utility infrastructure impacted by transportation projects. The Right of Way Division is also responsible for right of way Asset Management and the associated functions of inventory, archive and property records management.
