Course Description: 105 The Uniform Act - Executive Summary
INSTRUCTOR: Florence Green, SR/WA, RW-RAC began her career in Right of Way with the Florida Department of Transportation where she worked in the roles as Relocation Administrator and Project Manager on some of the largest projects in South Florida. She is currently the AtkinsRealis North Carolina Right of Way Lead. Her 30+ years of experience in the Right of Way industry earned Florence an AASHTO Leadership Award, FDOT Sustained Superior Performance Award, FDOT Making the Difference, Chapter 26 Professional of the Year, and the International Right of Way Region 6 Professional of the Year Award. Ms. Green has been an active IRWA member since 1989, is an IRWA Instructor, and has served as Chapter Education Chair, Professional Development Chair, Secretary and Chapter President. Florence holds the distinguished certification of SR/WA as well as RW/RAC with the International Right of Way Association.
