COVID-19: By registering, you acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. You further agree that you will not attend the conference if any of the following occur: a) you have had close contact with someone who has COVID-19 within fourteen (14) days of conference; b) you think you have COVID-19 or you tested positive for COVID-19 less than ten (10) days before conference OR more than ten (10) days before conference and have not been symptom free for 24 hours; or c) you are sick or have recently been exposed to someone who is sick. You further agree to adhere to all safety precautions required by the IRWA, the venue, and the local jurisdiction. You understand that these requirements will be posted throughout the conference space and failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of your conference attendance. These requirements may include wearing face masks, social distancing, temperature checks, and others as we receive local guidelines.
