Course Description:  501 Residential Relocation Assistance

INSTRUCTOR:
Lisa Barnes, SR/WA, R/W-RAC is the Vice-President of ORC Training, a division of O. R. Colan Associates, LLC, where she is responsible for the company’s internal training, as well as developing external training products. She previously served with the Florida Department of Transportation in the areas of land acquisition, relocation assistance, eminent domain and property management. Barnes is a certified IRWA instructor for all relocation courses and is a certified instructor for the National Highway Institute of the FHWA. She is also an author of the recently completed NHI “Advanced Relocation” and “Business Relocation” courses. Barnes is the past Chair for IRWA’s International Relocation Committee and has been a guest speaker at several IRWA Annual Education Conferences. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Florida State University, Barnes is also a licensed Florida real estate broker and instructor.
