Course Description: 700 Introduction to Property/Asset Management
INSTRUCTOR:
Tom Denison, SR/WA, has a bachelor’s degree in Geography and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development, and has over 25 years in real estate and right-of way work. Mr. Denison began his career as a land acquisition and entitlement specialist in the wireless communication industry and developed sites across the western United States and mid-west, including developing part of the wireless network for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah.
