Course Description:  703 Real Property Asset Management

INSTRUCTOR:
Mr. Kenneth Stanberry, SR/WA, was educated at California State University Dominguez Hills and at University of Denver’s, Burns School of Real Estate & Construction Management. He is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and a licensed Real Estate Broker in California. Mr. Stanberry is currently employed by the City of Los Angeles Harbor Department (Port of Los Angeles) Real Estate Division. In this capacity he manages a portfolio which includes industrial, commercial and retail properties. In addition, he currently serves as the Chairman for the International Asset Management Community of Practice and the Chairman of the Nominations, Elections and Awards Committee for IRWA Chapter 1. He has professionally served as IRWA Chapter President, Director of Technology, Certified Army Instructor, Real Property Appraiser, and Real Estate Broker Associate.
