Course Description: 102 Elevating Your Ethical Awareness INSTRUCTOR: Randall Kopfer, IFA, PMP, SR/WA has 40 years of experience in the valuation, acquisition and disposition of real property in both the public and private sector. He has been an independent appraiser; chief appraiser for a savings and loan; senior appraiser for the City of Austin, and appraiser and senior real estate representative for the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA). He is a professional educator, leader, and facilitator. His training credentials include leadership, appraisal, right of way, and yoga. Randall Kopfer served as the President of the National Independent Fee Appraisers in 2005, on the Board of Trustees of the Appraisal Foundation from 2007 to 2012, chair of the appraisal foundation advisory council in 2016 (TAFAC) and currently serves as IRWA’s representative to The Appraisal Foundation Board of Trustees.
