Course Description: SR/WA Comprehensive Review Study Session & Exam
INSTRUCTORS: Bernard W. Lea, SR/WA completed a 36-year career with the U.S. Forest Service, retiring in 1992. The first 20 years as an engineer, and the remaining 16 as a realty specialist, responsible for easement acquisition, land exchanges, appraisals, and negotiations. He is a Montana Certified Appraiser (General) and is presently self-employed. He has been a member of Montana Chapter 45 since 1980 and is certified as an instructor to teach appraisal, engineering and negotiation courses. Faith A Roland, SR/WA is a celebrated leader within IRWA. She served as International President during IRWA's 75th Anniversary from 2008-2009. Faith continues to mentor and lead, as a much sought after certified instructor, and through her role establishing the Leadership Institute. She is a champion for IRWA while working with partner organizations, Appraisal Institute, FIABCI, CREW, RICS and Women Transportation Institute, while lecturing both locally and abroad.
