Attention Easement Right of Way (ERW) Agents:
IRWA is now approved as a Qualifying Education (QE) Provider for TREC-ERW.  Please follow the guidelines below so you may be credited with the correct education credits.
For Agents who hold the ERW license:
After taking and passing the exam for either Course 100 or Course 803, please ask you course coordinator for the TREC-ERW roster. Complete and sign the roster, and then ask the course coordinator to forward it to Maggie Schedler at She will post this information to the TREC education posting website.
If you took the course virtually, please go to and fill out the form. If you are requesting TREC (Real Estate Agent or Broker) or TALCB credits, IRWA has 10 days (this includes weekends) to report your credits.  Please follow the link provided to request your TREC/TALCB credits.

Course Description:  100 Principles of Land Acquisition

Ana B. Rausch, SR/WA, R/W-RAC is Managing Partner with Percheron LLC.  She has over 30 years of project management experience in the right of way industry managing complex integrated infrastructure projects.  Her areas of expertise include project management, feasibility studies, negotiation and acquisition, title research, title curative, permitting, relocation assistance, damage and claim settlement, construction support, condemnation support, due diligence and budgeting for the electric utility, pipeline, wind, solar, rail, transit, telecommunications, and public sector projects.  Over her career Ana has worked as a consultant as well as the Vice President of Real Estate for a major Transit Authority.  Ana received a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) along with a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Houston.  She is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.   Ana is a member of the IRWA International Electric and Utilities Committee and served as Chair of IRWA Region 2 from 2015-2017.   Ana is a Certified IRWA Climb Instructor.
