Timothy A. Trawver, SR/WA is a CLIMB Certified Instructor based in Anchorage, Alaska. He is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker (Trawver Realty) and a contract Right of Way Acquisition and Relocation Agent (Trawver Land Services), whom for the past 26 years has worked in the Right of Way field as an agency employee and as a private consultant. He has substantial experience negotiating complex right of way agreements with landowners. Tim has provided and managed full right of way services from beginning to end, completing hundreds of right of way acquisition and relocation projects for highways, bridges, local roads, subdivisions, trails, airports, parks, telecommunication facilities, electrical facilities, natural gas facilities, drainage facilities, water lines, sewer lines, and railroads. Tim recently served on the Municipality of Anchorage Board of Equalization, was chairman of the Municipality of Anchorage Heritage Land Bank Advisory Commission, and has been president of Sourdough Chapter 49, twice.
