Janicki, PE, JD, R/W NAC is a licensed professional civil engineer in Texas (1988) and licensed attorney in Texas (1994) with 35 years of experience including 23 years of ROW acquisition experience and 12 years of engineering experience. He understands surveys and construction plans for utilities, drainage, land development and transportation projects. Mark is CLIMB certified and instructs the 900 series courses.
