Course Description

USPAP and the Yellow Book: A Guide to Understanding Their Relationship is a 7-hour continuing education course approved through the Appraiser Qualifications Board's Course Approval Program. The course provides an opportunity to explore and learn more about some of the commonalities and—equally as important—some of the differences between the two most important and significant appraisal standards in the United States.

Understand the commonalities and differences between the two Standards; and Apply knowledge about the Standards to specific appraisal issues.

Credentialing
  • New SR/WA: An intermediate elective course that can be applied towards the SR/WA designation.
  • Specialist: An intermediate elective course that can be applied towards the R/W-AC certification.
